Keith Schaitkin Deputy General Counsel Icahn Enterprises Limited Partnership Mr. Schaitkin is the Deputy General Counsel of Icahn Enterprises. Mr. Schaitkin also serves as Deputy General Counsel to Icahn Associates Corp. and affiliated companies. Prior to joining the Law Department of Icahn Associates in 2000, Mr. Schaitkin was a partner at the law firm of Gordon Altman Weitzen Shalov & Wein, LLP for 15 years, where he represented Mr. Icahn and other clients in corporate, M&A and securities matters. He began his legal career at Gordon Altman in 1980. Mr. Schaitkin received a B.A. in 1977 from Ithaca College and a J.D. in 1980 from the Dickinson School of Law.
